How We Do It...
Art Exercises and the Science of Colour PsychologyA picture speaks a thousand words and you are the colours you choose! In the workshops each participant will stimulate their right-brain which is responsible for creative and emotional expression, and have a lot of fun at the same time. By creating their own work of art (which will be cleverly integrated into their workspace after the workshop) and choosing the colours they are most attracted to using the Aura-Soma Colour Care System. Suzanne Saad, founder and facilitator at breathe:HR , is not only qualified in Human Resource Management but also in Transpersonal Art Therapy and the Aura-Soma® Colour Care System. To deliver the content of the workshops, and to achieve the maximum transference of insights into the workplace, participants are offered Suzanne’s wealth of knowledge about the process of art creation and the psychology of colour. In the workshops participants experience first-hand the power of discovering their own personal symbology through simple art exercises and witness the language of colour as they see the deeper meaning in their colour attractions, and what it reveals about them as individuals. Depending on the particular workshop one of the following areas will be explored, however, the one-on-one Aura-Soma Consultations looks at all three of the following:
The Y.O.U. Framework of MeaningThis framework, unique to breathe:HR, allows individuals to have clarity and contact with their personal source of meaning in their lives. Feeding their fulfilment and engagement at work. Suzanne Saad, founder and facilitator for breathe:HR, recognised a gap in today’s world of work. While employees are increasingly seeking deeper meaning in their work beyond economic rewards, and despite increasing recognition of the concept of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ), it is also clear that employers are puzzled as to how to address this “intangible” need in practical terms. With this in mind, Suzanne created The Y.O.U. Framework of Meaning. Based on extensive scientific and industry research as well as personal accounts from clients, this framework functions as a practical tool for individuals to explore their own personal sources of meaning and see how it applies to them in the work context. It enables an otherwise vast and complicated topic to be looked at in a direct and concise way that resonates on a personal level. The Four Re’s Process: Reflect > Remind > Reframe > ResultsWe offer half-day and full-day workshops and one-on-one consultations that cover unique content and employ cutting-edge right-brain techniques, that put into play our Reflect > Remind > Reframe > Results process, to further inspire the fulfilment of your talented people. Give people the time, space and guidance to reflect on what brings them meaning and thus, an inner sense of fulfilment in their work life. This serves to remind them of why they choose to work with you and why they wish to continue to engage in their work. They are then able to mentally reframe the way they see their work. Seeing it with new eyes, they shift away from perceiving themselves as being in a rut and instead begin to take their work personally, seeing it as a place that allows for their self-expression, supports their personal wellbeing and contributes to their quality of life. This results in a self-initiated improvement in performance and retention as they become heart-workers not just hard-workers. They put their heart into their work as they feel they are able to live their mark, that is, make their own unique and valuable contribution through their work. WorkshopsFinding Personal Meaning in your Work LifePeople are at their most powerful and feel they have quality of life when they experience deep meaning in their lives.
